Our last cuvée was born from a blend of Pinot Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%).

Its original bottle is its majestic gold-yellow sustained reveal fine bubbles with delicate nose associating aromas of flowers and white fruits. The palate is frank, glowing with tender and silky notes. Notes Blanches is a synthesis accomplished between delicacy and elegance, to share during an aperitif or around a meal with very fine dishes.

To taste preferably in a large wine glass.

Serve at 9°C.
